Every card is penny-sleeved and top-loaded; slabs go in slab sleeves.
Protect
Team bag, then a foam-lined slab box or rigid card mailer. Sealed product is double-boxed with corner guards.
Seal
Tamper-evident Titan tape on every carton; high-value orders photographed before closing.
Track
Tracking emailed on dispatch; signature required on orders over $500.
Returns & guarantees
14-day returns
Sealed, unopened product and graded slabs may be returned within 14 days of delivery in the condition received for a full refund. Raw singles may be returned within 14 days if the condition differs from the listing. Opened sealed product, opened mystery boxes and live-break spots are final sale.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the packaging and item before unpacking further and contact the desk within 48 hours. Insured orders are replaced or refunded in full; we handle the carrier claim.
Authenticity guarantee
There is no time limit on authenticity claims. If an item is shown to be counterfeit or resealed, you receive a full refund plus return shipping — see the Titan Standard.
Combining orders
Orders placed within 24 hours to the same address are combined automatically. Live-break hits can be held in your Titan locker for 30 days and shipped together.
International duties
Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. Japanese product ships from our own vault, so no Japan-side duties apply.
