How Titan pre-orders work
We only open pre-orders once distribution confirms our allocation — which is why Card Titans doesn't cancel pre-orders at the last minute. Pre-orders are charged at checkout, ship on or before street date where permitted, and ship in the same armored packaging as everything else in the vault.
Restocks and waitlists
Hot sets like Prismatic Evolutions restock in waves. Join the waitlist on any sold-out item and Titan Club members are released stock in tier order: Platinum, Gold, then Legion.
Want to rip on release night? New sets headline our live breaks the day they land.
Titan Answers
Questions, answered.
When will my pre-order ship?
On or before the official street date wherever distribution permits; otherwise on release day. You'll receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Can a pre-order be cancelled by Card Titans?
We open pre-orders only after our allocation is confirmed, so cancellations are extremely rare. If one ever occurred you'd be refunded in full plus 500 Legion Points.
Can I cancel my own pre-order?
Yes, up to 7 days before release for a full refund to the original payment method.
How do restock waitlists work?
Join from any sold-out listing. Stock releases to waitlisted members in Titan Club tier order, then to the public.
