Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfer is available for orders over $2,500.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Within 2 hours of placing it, yes — contact the desk. After that the order is likely already packed.
Do you offer layaway on high-end items?
Yes, on items over $1,000: 25% deposit and the balance within 60 days. Ask via Contact.
Do you charge sales tax?
Tax is calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination.
Shipping & Returns
How quickly do orders ship?
Within one business day of payment. Pre-orders ship on or before release date.
Is shipping insured?
Every order is tracked, and orders over $100 are insured in full. See Shipping & Returns.
What is your return policy?
Sealed, unopened items and slabs may be returned within 14 days in the condition received. Raw singles may be returned within 14 days if condition differs from the listing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — tracked and insured to most countries. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Authenticity & Condition
How do you authenticate cards?
Our seven-step Titan Standard: sourcing, magnified inspection, light and stock test, cert cross-check, case integrity, seal verification and condition grading.
What does Near Mint mean to you?
No visible flaws at arm's length; at most minor imperfections under magnification. Anything less is graded LP, MP or HP with the flaw described.
Do you weigh booster packs?
Never. Loose packs come from fresh boxes and are sold at random.

How do I earn Legion Points?
1 point per $1 at Legion, 1.5× at Gold, 2× at Platinum, across the whole Titan Network. See Titan Club.
